> As per the syllabus, students in a concert ensemble will be required to wear a specific tuxedo or dress for all concert performances (this is for all indoor music performance ensembles- Orchestra, Concert Band, Symphonic Band, and Wind Ensemble)
> Tuxedos may be bought or rented. Concert Dresses are for PURCHASE ONLY, and not available for resizing year to year. Please visit the following link for more information on the organization. (Prices can be found through the second link provided below!)

IF YOUR STUDENT MISSED FITTINGS- I will be working with LeSeur to have them back out late September for any students that missed their fitting. Please contact me with any concerns or questions.
> Since the tuxedos & dresses are rented/purchased by you, if the student would like to wear their formal wear for a special occasion outside of a concert event i.e. prom, wedding or special occasion, they may do so, however, the formalwear will be expected to be dry cleaned for their concert performance

This is how it works (from the website):
LeSueur comes to your school (during the school ensemble classes on 9/9/21) and will measure all the students that need tuxedos or dresses.
The students and/or their parents go online to the website and click on your school. You fill out the form, choose which option you want, and pay with a credit card.
LeSueur gets the order, puts the tuxedo or dress together and delivers them all to the school in time for your first performance.
No measuring on your part, no storing and replacing old tuxedos, no shipping costs and not cost to the school.

Exchange/Resize—Purchased Tuxedos only
If you have a tuxedo that you previously purchased from LeSueur under the exchange/refit policy, please click on your school and choose Option C. You will need to pay the exchange fee online and return your old tuxedo (coat and pants only) to the school on the day we come to measure in order to receive your resized tux. If you were not already measured by us at school please contact us to make other arrangements. (alterations/exchange fee $10.00)
