All players nominated who meet the minimum criteria will earn Academic All-State recognition. All “ratings” will be based on a formula of grade point average and standardized test scores. All information must be included along with appropriate signatures to receive recognition.
1. Player must be a senior.
2. Minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale or its equivalent. Please convert your school’s scale to a 4.0.
3. Minimum SAT score of 1000 (Critical Reading & Math) or ACT score of 23.
4. Player must be a varsity participant, having participated in at least one varsity game. If no participation, please explain.
5. Transcript must be provided with this application, the equivalent to 7 semesters.
6. Coach and School Administrator must sign nomination form.
7. Applicant must meet all criteria to be nominated. Do not submit this form if ALL criteria is not met.
