Get your Zone training in!

16:30 – 17:30. Coach Kevin:
ALL Ages – MIDDLE distance and LONG JUMP.

17:30 – 18:30 Coach Ed:
Ages 10 and up SPRINT training.
Please note that training with Ed starts promptly at 17:30 and it is advised not to join half- way through his session. Please ensure that only children ages 10 and up join his session.

18:00 – 19:00. Coach Mark:
ALL Ages. DISCUS and SHOT PUT

All athletes MUST BE SUPERVISED at all times by their parents. Athletes are not to be dropped and collected.
