Training and Momnium May 5th.

As we have momnium directly after our session on Sunday we will need to finish at 1:00pm. For those who are going to ride momnium you will be finishing at 12:00 or just after, this will allow time for recovery and to eat / drink. For those who are not riding momnium we will continue on until 1:00pm.

Also a reminder for the sprinters that the winter sprint series begins on Saturday May 16th.
