DISC 12/04

Just a quick reminder that we are resuming training at DISC this week, this will be a return to base training for everyone. Over the next few weeks we will be returning to some strength work along with some big endurance efforts for all (Including the sprinters for a while). The sprinters will have their own group on the track. Doors will be open from 8:30 as normal, with roller warm up from 9:00. Registrations on teamapp are now open for this session.

I have had some discussion with Steven about extending our session (More time) as our growing numbers are starting to put pressure on the time we have avaliable.

Also I would like to congratulate all those who rode Nationals on their results, with a special mention to Lucy Wilson who unfortunatly fell on the first day and was unable to compete in further events due to her injuries. I'm sure that Lucy will come back stronger and more deterimned to suceed.
