Coach and Parent Skills Day
7 May by Alex Hegeman-Davis
Join us for a fun Parent & Coach Skill Day!
This is a fun, annual opportunity for parents to learn some of the skills that their students work on during the season. Skills are free speed that will help you keep up with your students!
This also gives our coaches an opportunity to practice their coaching skills. Coaches will be assigned a skill in advance to have time to prep for teaching.
Please be ride-ready at 9am at the Sherman Hills Shelter at Curt Gowdy State Park. We will be staying in the area around the Sherman Hills Shelter for most of the morning. Please bring shoes, helmet, bike, water, snacks, and a lunch. There will be an optional group ride after lunch.
PARENTS: Please RSVP
COACHES: Please select a skill to teach in the Duty Roster
