To ensure your club’s Access Groups are prepared for the new season, there are two approaches you can take.

The recommended method is to archive your existing Access Groups to preserve their history and create new ones for the upcoming season. Stack Team App’s bulk import template allows you to easily create new Access Groups in bulk, saving time and effort compared to adding new access groups manually. This approach ensures a clean slate for the season while keeping past records intact.

Alternatively, you can rename your current groups to reflect the new season and manually add or remove members as needed. While quicker, this method allows new members to view the group’s history, which may not be ideal. For this reason, starting fresh by archiving is generally preferred.

Add New Members to Your App
Adding new members is an essential step as the new season begins. Stack Team App offers multiple ways to do this: you can add members individually, import them in bulk using the provided template, or share an invite link so members can join themselves through Stack Team App’s ‘Invite & Promote’ section.
