By learning how to be more adaptable, you can become better equipped to respond to a crisis. While some people may be crushed by abrupt changes, highly resilient individuals are able to adapt and thrive.

Continue to push yourself to leave your comfort zone so that you can experience the adrenaline (and confusion) in a safe training environment, so that you can identify your strengths and weaknesses and adapt your safety plan for any real-life incident.
