1- Strong Child Safety Focus- 100% of our TMs and 97% of our coaches are compliant with all Basketball Victoria/SBA/Mustangs compliance requirements. This is the HIGHEST in the SBA competition.

2- End of Season Celebration Offerings- from medals & trophies to presentation nights and celebration vouchers; we like to help you celebrate the achievements of the players and coaches. We are one of the few clubs to offer this to our members.

3- Weekly Indoor Training for ALL Teams- every one of our teams who wants to train gets access to an indoor venue EVERY week, we are one of the few clubs who are fortunate to be able to offer this to all our teams.

4- One on One Coaching Support for ALL Coaches- we have a highly experienced and celebrated coaching director, Chris Mwaba, who is available to all coaches for advice about training, skill development, game play and player management. His services are offered free of charge to all our coaches whenever they need and as often as they need.

5- Coaching Kits for All Coaches- all our coaches have access to a free coaching kit and coaching resources for the duration of their coaching tenure.

6- Incentives for Volunteering on Our Committee- did you know our volunteers get a child's season registration fee covered for each season they volunteer on the committee? Not only that, they get to help make decisions (big & small) about how the Club is managed and run and where it is moving in the future. No matter how "big" or "small" the role, all volunteers are provided with the same benefits and support.
