We would like to remind all our coaches of Club policy to provide equal playing time during games.

Mentone Mustangs promotes player development as part of our values and mission. Players development comes through not only training but spending quality time practicing skills during games.

Subtime is a great free App that allows you or your Team Manager to keep track of your players time on court. Some of our coaches already use this and find it takes the stress and hassle out of keeping track.

Extract from our Coaches Code of Conduct:
4. Give all players a reasonable amount of court time.
All players need and deserve reasonable court time. Avoid over-playing the talented players. It is unfair to both them and those who are not so talented. Players cannot improve without the opportunity of a reasonable amount of match practice. Talented players can burn out. Having no or little time in court can cause players to suffer from morale problems and they can lose interest in the sport altogether.
