Hi All! For practice this week (Tuesday, March 6, and Thursday, March 8) we are out of luck for a practice space. Unless something improves with the weather and tennis or track decide to go outside, we do not have a practice space this week. So, on Tuesday, March 6 we will meet in room B101BC and have our long overdue pizza party. (I believe Clayton still has the cash and the coupons, so make your plans accordingly.)

For those of you who made it to the dual meet at WLHS…. thank you! Our sole epee team did well against WLHS’s epee teams and made it to the finals. The final score was not in our favor, but our fencers did well and lost by only a touch! Our sabre team got a taste of competition and some bout experience. It was a little tricky sharing sabre equipment ,and each team lost a fencer along the way (due to schedule conflicts), but we managed to sneak a few bouts in before we ended things off.

I’m looking forward to seeing everyone on Tuesday. Remember—we’ll meet in B101BC (off the commons)!
