The Skill Audit Province and District Coaches Program was successfully conducted on 19th May 2026 at MC Ground, Vavuniya, bringing together coaches for an important educational and development-focused session.

The program centered around Skill Development, with discussions and practical insights aimed at enhancing coaching methods, player improvement strategies, and effective skill-based training approaches. Coaches were encouraged to focus on creating structured development pathways that support long-term player growth and performance enhancement.

The session provided a valuable platform for coaches to exchange knowledge, improve their understanding of modern coaching practices, and strengthen the overall coaching standards within the province and districts.

Such programs continue to play a key role in empowering coaches with the tools and knowledge required to develop the next generation of cricketers in Sri Lanka.
