Coaches were actively engaged in practical demonstrations designed to improve skill execution and teaching methodology.
The fielding session emphasized agility, ground fielding techniques, catching efficiency, throwing accuracy, and communication on the field. Participants were guided through structured drills and game-based scenarios to better understand how to develop high standards of fielding within their respective teams.
A key highlight of the day was the Nutrition session, where coaches gained valuable insights into athlete dietary requirements, hydration strategies, recovery nutrition, and the importance of balanced meal planning to support performance and long-term player development.
The blend of theory and practical components throughout the day ensured that coaches not only understood the concepts but were also able to apply them effectively in real training environments.
