A full-scale Skill Audit programme for Dambulla Super Province Provincial and District Coaches was successfully conducted on 12th December at Dambulla Stadium, as part of Sri Lanka Cricket’s ongoing initiative to strengthen coaching standards and improve performance delivery across the island.

The audit focused on evaluating coaches through practical, measurable assessments that reflect real coaching demands in modern cricket. The programme assessed each coach’s ability to deliver quality training sessions, maintain technical accuracy, and apply correct coaching methods in key skill areas.
