A comprehensive skill audit for Southern and Uva Provincial and District Coaches was conducted , 09th December, at the Galle Cricket Stadium. The evaluation assessed coaches’ practical competencies through a structured series of throw-down and fielding tests, focusing on accuracy, speed, technique, and overall coaching readiness.

The session provided valuable insights into each coach’s technical strengths and identified key areas that would benefit from further development. This initiative forms part of the ongoing effort to elevate coaching standards across the Southern Super Province, ensuring that coaches are fully equipped to support emerging players and enhance overall performance within the region.
