The fourth and final day of the North Central Province Level 1 Coaching Course marked a successful conclusion to an intensive and enriching four-day program. Conducted by Sri Lanka Cricket’s Coach Education Unit, and led by Coach Educators Chaminda Thotagamuwa and Sanjaya Rajapakshe, the closing day brought together knowledge, application, and evaluation.

Coaches participated in their final assessments, which included both theoretical and practical evaluations, ensuring a well-rounded review of their progress. A recap of key topics such as planning, communication, and skill correction techniques helped reinforce the course objectives.

The session concluded with reflections from the educators and participants, highlighting the growth, collaboration, and shared commitment to advancing grassroots cricket. Each coach left the venue with renewed confidence, ready to apply their newly acquired skills to develop the next generation of cricketers.
