A valuable Knowledge Sharing Session was conducted with the dedicated coaches of Richmond College and Mahinda College, focusing on the vital topic of a Sustainable School Coaching System. This initiative, held at both school venues, brought together cricket minds committed to long-term player development and coaching excellence.

Organized by the Coach Education Unit of Sri Lanka Cricket, the session was led by Coach Educator Shanaka Fernando, who emphasized structured planning, long-term athlete development, and the importance of consistency in school cricket systems.

The program encouraged open dialogue, sharing of practical experiences, and a unified vision to uplift grassroots cricket through a sustainable and coach-driven model.
