A strong foundation paves the way for excellence. In preparation for the upcoming certification, a Level 2 Pre-Course Briefing was held to ensure all selected coaches are equipped with the clarity, expectations, and vision required to successfully begin their next stage of development.

This essential session was conducted by the Coach Education Unit, led entirely by the Coach Education team, and focused on outlining the course structure, assessment criteria, and learning outcomes. Participants were guided through the importance of commitment, reflection, and continuous learning throughout the program. The session also emphasized the integral role each coach plays in shaping the future of the sport, setting a professional and motivated tone for the journey ahead.
