A highly engaging Player Education & Leadership Program was held for the Western Province North Outer – Gampaha District, with active participation from Zone 1, Zone 2, and Zone 3 players, along with their district and provincial coaches. This initiative was specially designed to prepare the squads for the upcoming U19 District Tournament.

Coach Education conducted this dynamic session with the valuable support of Coach Educator Nilantha Wimalweera. The program focused on leadership development, game awareness, and the importance of team culture, providing players and coaches with the tools to excel both individually and collectively.

Through interactive discussions and team-building activities, participants gained vital insights to strengthen their preparation for competition.
