The Coach Education Unit conducted a Player Education & Leadership Program on 9th April 2025 for the St. Anthony's College U19 team (Western Province North Outer). The session was held at the school auditorium and focused on developing leadership qualities, personal responsibility, and team values among young cricketers.

The program was led by Coach Educator Mr. Nilantha Wimalaweera, who delivered an engaging and insightful session designed to inspire the players to take on leadership roles both on and off the field.

This initiative is part of the ongoing efforts by the Coach Education Unit to support holistic player development through structured education and mentorship across schools and districts.
