The Coach Education Unit conducted the Coaches Engagement Skill Audit Program for the Southern Super Province at the Galle International Stadium. This initiative was designed to assess, evaluate, and enhance the coaching capabilities within the province, ensuring alignment with national performance standards and long-term development goals.

The program was led by High Performance Manager Mr. Ruwan Kalpage, Head of Coach Education Mr. Heshan De Mel, Lead Coach Educator Mr. Kaushalya Gajasinghe, along with Coach Educators Nilantha Wimalaweera, Kasela Chamara & Shanaka Fernando. Their collective expertise played a pivotal role in delivering a comprehensive and interactive session focused on improving coaching techniques, communication, and overall engagement. This strategic program is part of an ongoing effort to uplift grassroots and professional coaching standards across the island.
