The Coach Education Unit conducted a Team Bonding and Leadership Skills Development Program for the U-19 Kurunegala District Squad (Zone 1) on March 21, 2025, at Welagedara Stadium, Kurunegala. The session was led by Coach Educator Sanjae Rajapakshe, focusing on fostering team cohesion and enhancing leadership qualities among young cricketers.

The program emphasized the importance of communication, trust, and collective responsibility in building a strong team environment. Players engaged in interactive activities designed to develop problem-solving skills, adaptability, and strategic thinking. Through real-game scenarios and leadership exercises, the session provided valuable insights into effective teamwork and captaincy, equipping players with essential skills to excel both on and off the field.
