The National Team, Team Future Advanced and Team Future ballet barre programs have been upload into the “training programs” part of TeamApp.
These videos were developed by Gymnastics Australia and narrated by Stacey as an at home learning resource for the national ballet program 5 years ago.
This period of at home training provides an excellent opportunity to review, learn a practise the program relevant to you. Please check with your personal coach as to which program this is!
We have also uploaded an abdominal strengthening program completed to music. This could be utilised as a great warm up for you to do prior to starting your training session. If you do this warm up please replace the one of the core exercises from within the full program.
