5:30 AM Depart for Desert Ridge High School
6:55 AM Arrive, unload buses/trucks/bathrooms
7:30 AM Official Check-in
8:00 AM Move to/Secure Warm Up Zone
8:24 AM Battery (8:10) and Front (8:20) Official Warm Up Time
8:55 AM Full Ensemble, Lot
9:34 AM Transition to Performer Entry

10:00 AM EVERYONE returns to trailers, store items, remain in Uniform for Awards

Students will have a second performance that will occur sometime between the 7:05-8:36 PM performance window. Their estimated warm up may start around 4:45 PM. Students will be allowed to travel with OC staff, chaperones, and team on the bus for lunch after the first performance. After returning from lunch, Students are then required to stay with staff, chaperones, and team to watch other performances. Please see below for information on how to have your student released early from the event. NO PERFORMER is allowed to leave until AFTER finals performance.
