5:00 PM Students must be in FULL UNIFORM in Bandroom-final preparations.
5:30 PM Depart for Williams Field High School
7:10 PM Arrive, unload buses/trucks/bathrooms
7:44 PM Official Check-in
8:09 PM Move to Warm Up Zone
8:24 PM Battery (8:24) and Front (8:34) Official Warm Up Time
9:09 PM Full Ensemble, Lot
9:34 PM Transition to Performer Entry
9:44 PM OC Indoor Drumline at Ready Line
9:54 PM Perform
10:14 PM EVERYONE returns to change out and load trailers/buses, post show talk
AFTER LOAD- Depart for Sandra Day O’Connor High School

IF STAYING ON CAMPUS: Students must be wearing their Blue OC Band Shirt and may only use their Black Band backpack when traveling with our group, please keep at least a half full water jug at all times!!*
