This exciting events is where all of the Deer Valley High Schools come together to perform their shows for each other and their friends, family and community. At the end they will celebrate by coming together to play a couple songs together. You will NOT want to miss this special presentation.

REMINDER: Anytime we travel and you are NOT in your performance uniform you must be wearing your EAGLE PRIDE PEP BAND TRACKSUIT!

3:30 PM Bandroom Opens, Call Time for Front Ensemble and Prop Movers- LOAD

4:00 PM CALL TIME- Students will show up with ALL items needed for performance!

Students will use this time to shine their instruments and load ALL TRUCKS before leaving!! If we work together we can
finish it quickly!! Thank you parents for your help!!*

4:30 PM Students must be in FULL PUMP! TRACKSUIT sitting in auditorium

Students will wear this the entire evening until we return. COLORGUARD will wear their PEP BAND tracksuit over their performance uniform***
4:50 PM Load Buses
5:00 PM Depart for Deer Valley High School
5:15 PM Arrive at DVHS, unload buses/trucks/dress, bathrooms
5:30 PM Move to Silent Visual Warm Up (stretch (5 mins) and Traditions (8 mins))
5:45 PM Warm Up (SDOHS Warm Up is in SOUTH ENDZONE!)
6:30 PM Trumpets Meet for SSB Practice
6:35 PM God Bless America Practice and Staging
6:55 PM Stack Items, Find Seat to Watch Performances
7:00 PM SSB performed by trumpets of each school
7:05 PM Deer Valley High School Performs
7:25 PM Barry Goldwater High School Performs
7:45 PM Sandra Day O’Connor High School Performs
8:05 PM Boulder Creek High School Performs
