REMINDER: Anytime we travel and you are NOT in your performance uniform you must be wearing your EAGLE PRIDE PEP BAND TRACKSUIT!

3:45 PM CALL TIME- Students will show up with ALL items needed for performance! 4:30 PM Students must be in FULL PUMP! TRACKSUIT sitting in auditorium
4:40 PM Depart for Hamilton High School
5:40 PM Arrive at Hamilton High School, unload buses/trucks, dress, bathrooms
6:10 PM Move to Silent Visual Warm Up (stretch (5 mins), Traditions (8 mins), Muscles)
7:00 PM Music Warm Up
7:30 PM Music Ensemble Check
7:45 PM Transition to Gate/Staging
7:55 PM Ready Line
8:00 PM Sandra Day O’Connor Performs
8:15 PM Post Performance Pictures? – Return Instruments to Cases, Muscles Off
8:45PM Full Retreat Staging
9:15 PM Begin Full Retreat
9:30 PM Awards Ceremony 2A and 5A
10:00 PM (approx.) Return to buses, load up and prepare to depart
10:30 PM Depart for Sandra Day O’Connor High School
11:30 PM Arrive, Unload trailers/buses, put away instruments/uniforms, CLEAN UP
11:45 PM Final Comp Dismissal
