2023 Eagle Pride Marching Band Itinerary

We WILL NOT be rehearsing this morning , the bandroom will be open 30 mins prior to check in. We will load trucks on Friday, 10/20!

REMINDER: Anytime we travel and you are NOT in your performance uniform you must be wearing your EAGLE PRIDE PEP BAND TRACKSUIT!

1:30PM Bandroom Opens
2:00 PM CALL TIME- Students will show up with ALL items needed for performance!
***Students will use this time to shine their instruments
2:30 PM Students must be in Blue OC Band Shirt and Champion Shorts in MINI AUD
2:50 PM Depart for the U of A
5:15 PM Arrive at The U of A, unload buses/trucks/dress, bathrooms, Food
6:00 PM. Change at Trailers into Pump fit
6:40 PM Move to Silent Visual Warm Up (stretch (5 mins) and Traditions (8 mins))
7:30 PM Music Warm Up (Warm Up A)
7:55 PM Music Ensemble Check
8:15 PM Transition to Gate/Staging
8:25 PM Ready Line
8:30 PM Sandra Day O’Connor Performs
8:45 PM Return to trailers, load instruments, change into Eagle Pride Tracksuit

Students must be wearing their EAGLE PRIDE BAND TRACKSUITS and carrying their Black OC Band backpack with water jug attached when traveling with our group- please keep at least a half full water jug at all times!!*

9:15 PM Return to Stadium ASAP
9:30 PM U of A Performs, All students watch and support
10:00 PM Awards Ceremony (Drum Majors stay in Uniform)
10:30 PM Return to buses, load up and prepare to depart
10:45 PM Depart for Sandra Day O’Connor High School
1:00 AM Arrive, Unload trailers/buses, put away instruments/uniforms, CLEAN UP
1:30 AM Dismissal (ASAP, Parents with props will leave early to help expedite!)

IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON PICKING YOUR STUDENT UP FROM THE COMPETITION, YOU MUST SUBMIT A STUDENT RELEASE FORM 48 HOURS PRIOR TO MR. CILONE.*
