4:00 PM Band Room Opens
4:15 PM Leadership and Prop Crew Call Time
Begin Building and moving props to Stadium
4:30 PM Front Ensemble/Drumline Call Time
Move equipment to stadium (we need BOTH drumlines)
4:45 PM- Band Call Time
Arrive wearing Blue OC Band shirt, Champion Shorts, White Marching shoes, white socks, OC Pep Band Hat, Band Backpack and water jug.
Shine Instruments, Change into Pep Band Track Suit
Reminder: We will ALWAYS wear our hats with this uniform unless otherwise told
5:15 PM Move outside, begin warm up and tune in sections
5:30 PM Alumni Call Time, find instruments, join sections in warm up
5:45 PM Ensemble Warm Up
6:05 PM Make Two’s, Cadence to Stadium
7:00 PM Game begins
We will change into PUMP! Tracksuit during 2nd quarter in preparation for half time
*Please note that we will load all props after halftime in preparation for an easier Saturday morning!*
