8:00 AM Band room opens for rehearsal prep
8:30 AM Rehearsal @ Practice Field (Schedule will be posted as normal for students!)
10:30 AM End Rehearsal, begin EPL (Eat, Pack, Load)
*Students will use this time to shine their instruments and load ALL TRUCKS before leaving for Lunch!! If we work together we can finish it quickly!! Thank you parents for your help!!*
3:30 PM CALL TIME- Students will show up with ALL items needed for performance! (blue OC Band shirt, black shorts, black socks, marching shoes, etc)
4:15 PM Students must be in FULL UNIFORM sitting in auditorium
4:25 PM Depart for Glendale Community College
5:00 PM Arrive at Glendale Community College, unload buses/trucks/bathrooms
5:30 PM Move to Silent Visual Warm Up (stretch and Traditions)
6:15 PM Music Warm Up (Warm Up B), we will plume here!
7:00 PM Music Ensemble Check
7:15 PM Transition to Gate/Staging
7:23 PM Ready Line
7:30 PM Sandra Day O’Connor Performs
7:45 PM Return to buses, load instruments, change out of uniform
*Students must be wearing their Blue OC Band Shirt and may only use their Black Band backpack when traveling with our group, please keep at least a half full water jug at all times!!*
8:30 PM Return to Stadium, sit together for awards
9:15 PM Awards
9:45 PM Return to Buses
10:00 PM Depart for Sandra Day O’Connor High School
10:30 PM Arrive, Unload trailers/buses, put away instruments/uniforms, clean
11:00 PM Dismissal
