Ends: 11:00pm (duration is about 10 hours)

REMINDER: Anytime we travel and you are NOT in your performance uniform you must be wearing your Blue OC Band Shirt and Black Champion shorts–only your Black Band Backpack is allowed, please attach your Blue Jug to that!

FOOD WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE BAND BOOSTERS!!!! Students will be allowed to use the concessions at the show, though options may be limited.

1:30 PM CALL TIME- Students will be called out of their 7th hour class, EAT!!

STUDENTS MUST COME TO SCHOOL WITH ALL ITEMS NEEDED FOR PERFORMANCE!!! (blue OC Band shirt, black shorts, black socks, marching shoes, etc)

3:00 PM Students must be in HALVES sitting in auditorium
3:15 PM Load Buses
3:45/4:00 PM Depart for Higley High School
5:00 PM Arrive at Higley High School, unload buses/trucks/dress, bathrooms
5:45 PM Move to Silent Visual Warm Up (stretch and Traditions)
6:30 PM Music Warm Up (Warm Up A), we will plume here!
6:55 PM Music Ensemble Check
7:15 PM Transition to Gate/Staging
7:27 PM Ready Line
7:30 PM Sandra Day O’Connor Performs
7:45 PM Return to buses, load instruments, change out of uniform
*Students must be wearing their Blue OC Band Shirt and may only use their Black Band backpack when traveling with our group, please keep at least a half full water jug at all times!!*
8:30 PM Awards Ceremony
9:15 PM Depart for Sandra Day O’Connor High School
10:15 PM Arrive, Unload trailers/buses, put away instruments/uniforms, clean
11:00 PM Dismissal
