It’s going to be a long evening! Make sure you have food before arriving !! REMINDER: Anytime we travel and you are NOT in your performance uniform you must be wearing your Blue OC Band Shirt and Black Champion shorts–only your Black Band Backpack is allowed, please attach your Blue Jug to that!

We will NOT be rehearsing this morning , the bandroom will be open at 11:30 AM to allow preparation/cleaning time.

11:30 AM Band room opens for horn cleaning, Begin Loading trucks
1:00 PM CALL TIME-Students must be in HALVES sitting in auditorium
1:30 PM Depart for Peoria High School
2:00 PM Arrive at Peoria High School, unload buses/trucks/dress, bathrooms
2:45 PM Move to Silent Visual Warm Up
3:45 PM Music Warm Up (Warm Up A), we will plume here!
4:25 PM Transition to Gate/Staging
4:30 PM Staging Time/Meet props move to field
4:43 PM Ready Line
4:45 PM Sandra Day O’Connor Performs
5:00 PM Return to buses, load instruments, change out of uniform
*Students must be wearing their Blue OC Band Shirt and may only use their Black Band backpack when traveling with our group, please keep at least a half full water jug at all times!!*
6:00 PM Return to Stadium, sit together for awards, food time on your own!
9:00 PM Awards Ceremony
9:30 PM Post Awards, return to buses
9:45/10:00 Depart for Sandra Day O’Connor High School
10:30 PM Unload trailers/buses, put away instruments/uniforms, clean
11:30 PM Dismissal
