This is a fantastic time where the students can escape the heat to the cooler pines and fresh mountain air to bond and carry on the traditions that have been past down from year to year. Your student will not want to miss this trip.

Student Call Time on 7/29: 11:30am
Student’s who take medication, are required to check in all medication with the the nurse prior to departure. Student’s are NOT allowed to bring medication and self administer.
*Student’s also MUST have ALL forms completed and payment of $200 submitted prior to departure.
Student Departure Time on 7/29: 12:30pm
Return Time on 7/31 is still estimated to be @ 12pm, we will send out a message once we depart Pinerock. Please be on time to pick up your students as volunteers and staff will want to leave as well.
