This fundraiser will be the last opportunity for students to earn money to go into their INDIVIDUAL band/colorguard account. Student’s have the chance to earn 45% of each box/case of chocolate sold into their account ($27 profit per case)….c’mon, who doesn’t like chocolate?!?!

How this works:
1. Student’s will “check out” 1 case of a chocolate variety pack (includes: 18 caramel, 12 almond, 12 crispy, 6 milk chocolate, 6 dark chocolate, 6 wafer) at a time (unless arranged with parental permission to check out additional cases, see below for details) to sell from Mr. Cilone.
2. Students are required to sign a permission slip that states: they are responsible for their chocolate and will turn in the $60 ($1 per bar/ 60 in a box/case) in a sealed envelope upon sale completion (to the bookstore to be deposited into the band account with their name), they understand that if the chocolate is lost, stolen or eaten by siblings, left in the car and got melted – the STUDENT is responsible to pay for those. Also, once the box is checked out – it CANNOT be returned. **
3. Students sell, sell, sell!!!! They can take it to work, give to parents to take to work, walk around the neighborhood – it won’t be hard. Encourage your student to participate, remind them that this is THEIR band program and they should help contribute to the cost associated with their participation.

Students who sell 1 case will get their name put into a drawing to win $25 cash (6 winners) Students who sell 2+ cases will get there name put into a drawing to win $50 cash (4 winners) Top 3 sellers will earn $50 cash!!!!! Reminders:

Students are responsible for all chocolate checked out Unsold chocolate CANNOT be returned Students must turn money into the BOOKSTORE in the envelope given in each case to go into the general BAND ACCOUNT. Student must get a receipt to turn into Mr. Cilone. (Mr. Cilone will be keeping record of who checked out what so he can apply profit into student’s accounts in Cut Time)
**Mr. Cilone will NOT be accepting any money tuned in. If students/parents would like to check out more than 1 box/case at a time, a parent/guardian signature is required.
