9 AM- 11:00 AM Morning Rehearsal for all Band Students
Rehearsal Location: Union Park Elementary School
25700 N 21st Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85085

11 AM EPL (students will need to be picked up from Union Park)

3:00 PM Bandroom opens for students— shine instruments, etc.
3:30 PM FULL BAND CALL TIME!!!
4:00 PM Students MUST be in FULL UNIFORM, sitting in auditorium
4:15 PM Load Buses, Depart for Glendale Community College
4:50 PM Arrive at GCC, unload buses/trucks
5:15 PM Visual Warm Up
5:45 PM Music Warm Up (Warm Up A)
6:30 PM Transition to Ready Line
6:45 PM Ready Line
7:00 PM Sandra Day O’Connor Performs
7:15 PM Return to buses, load instruments, change out
7:45 PM Return to Stadium, watch final groups/sit together for awards
9:00 PM ASU Marching Band Performs
9:15 PM Break
9:30 PM Awards
10:00/10:30 Load Buses, Depart for Sandra Day O’Connor
