4:45 PM CALL TIME-Students must be in HALVES sitting in auditorium
5:15 PM Depart for Barry Goldwater HS
5:40 PM Arrive at Barry Goldwater, unload buses/trucks/dress
6:10 PM Move to Visual Warm Up
6:45 PM Music Warm Up (Warm Up A)
7:30 PM Transition to Staging/Meet props
7:43 PM Ready Line
7:45 PM Sandra Day O’Connor Performs
8:00 PM Return to buses, load instruments, change out of uniform
8:35 PM Return to Stadium, watch final group/sit together for awards
9:00 PM Awards Ceremony
9:30 PM Post Awards, return to buses
9:45/10:00 Depart Barry Goldwater High School
10:30 PM Unload trailers/buses, put away instruments/uniforms, clean
11:00 PM Dismissal
