It’s going to be a long evening! Make sure you have food before arriving !!

We will NOT be rehearsing this morning since a rehearsal was added for Friday afternoon, the bandroom will be open at 2 PM to allow preparation/cleaning time.

2:00 PM Band room opens for horn cleaning and changing
4:00 PM CALL TIME-Students must be in HALVES sitting in auditorium
4:30 PM Depart for Corona Del Sol HS
5:45 PM Arrive at Corona Del Sol, unload buses/trucks/dress
6:20 PM Move to Visual Warm Up
7:45 PM Music Warm Up (Warm Up A) (can still do some visual here)
7:45 PM Transition to Staging/Meet props
7:58 PM Ready Line
8:00 PM Sandra Day Performs
8:15 PM Return to buses, load instruments, change out of uniform
8:45 PM Return to Stadium, sit together for awards
9:00 PM Awards Ceremony
9:30 PM Post Awards, return to buses
9:45/10:00 Depart Corona Del Sol High School
11:15 PM Unload trailers/buses, put away instruments/uniforms, clean
11:30/45 PM Dismissal
