10:00 AM Rehearsal on Baseball Field***

1:00 PM EPL (Eat, Pack Load— Truck loading is PRIORITY for all percussion)*
4:00 PM Band room opens
5:00 PM Students must be in HALVES sitting in auditorium
5:30 PM Depart for Mountain Ridge High School
5:45 PM Arrive at Mountain Ridge High School, unload buses/trucks
6:25 PM Move to Visual Warm Up
7:03 PM Music Warm Up (Warm Up Area A)
7:48 PM Transition to Staging, meet props
7:58 PM Ready Line
8:03 PM Eagle Pride Marching Band Performz
8:20 PM Back to buses/trucks change out of uniform
8:45 PM Return to Stadium for Mountain Ridge Performance at 9:03 PM
9:30 PM Awards and Critique
10/10:15 PM Return to Buses, Load up
10:30 PM Depart Mountain Ridge High School
10:45 PM Arrive at SDOHS-Unload/Clean, everyone helps
11:15/11:30 Dismissal (We will not release until students have finished their roles) These times subject to change! I will confirm if we can have better field usage and then post the adjustments on Team App! Thank you for your flexibility!
