Eagle Pride Marching Band
NAU BAND DAY, October 9th, 2021

6:45 am Report Time. Eat before you arrive; Leadership report at 6:30 AM
Final Instrument/Equipment Checks, instruments must be polished before getting on the bus
7:30 am Load up Buses, carrying uniform on bus
Blue OC Band Shirt, Black Champion Shorts, Black Socks, Marching Shoes
Winds/Brass, instruments will need to go on/under the bus
Sousaphones will need to go and get their instruments during loading time from the trucks
7:45 AM Depart for Flagstaff
10:45/11 am Arrive in Flagstaff at Skydome, head in to watch bands
Walk from buses to Skydome TOGETHER
After finding seats, Students will be allowed to purchase concessions and visit the vendors in the Skydome.
Watch the following Bands TOGETHER: Coconino HS, Lee Williams HS, Lake Havasu HS, Willow Canyon HS, Skyline HS
12:30 pm Check-in at Buses, get in halves, final snack break (Boosters)
1:00 pm Move to Stretch/Visual Warm up, near buses
Unload time begins at 1:15, Frontline can move to help parents at truck to bottom of Skydome
1:15 pm Unload Trucks/Stage Props—Band will change during this time
1:45 pm Move to Music Warm Up, Area C
2:15 pm Group up silently, Final Tune/Show Chunks in Lot
2:30pm Move to Staging
2:45 pm Performance Time
3:05pm Designated Loading Time at Skydome Gate
3:15 pm Report back to Skydome for awards
3:45 pm Head back to buses
4:30 pm Arrive @ Peter Piper Pizza for dinner – UPDATE
6:30 pm Depart Flagstaff to OC – UPDATE
9:00pm Estimated arrival to OC – UPDATE
