Essendon Royals is excited to present another jam-packed week of online training.

We kick off tomorrow with Anthony Magnacca returning to run an online session for our U7-U12 players. 4.30 pm kick-off. All players welcome, regardless of age group or gender.

Juan Toro returns with another strength and conditioning session which can be undertaken by players, siblings, mums and dads alike! 4.30 pm this Wednesday. All players welcome, regardless of age group or gender.

On Thursday, Head of Football and our U13 NPL coach Vaughan Coveny will run a session aimed at U13-U18 players at the club. Of course, younger players are welcome to join and challenge themselves. Kicks off at 4.30 pm this Thursday. All players welcome, regardless of age group or gender.

On Friday, we have some bonus content we will be sharing with you via the club's Train At Home portal, which focusses on nutrition for young athletes. Presented by Stage Nutrition, the presentation will be an invaluable resource through the remainder of lockdown and beyond.

We also have two girls-only sessions on Saturday and Sunday to encourage as many of our junior girls and female players as possible to start training online more regularly.

These sessions are on Saturday and Sunday at 2.30 pm.

Saturday's session is aimed at players U12 and below. Sunday's at U13 and above. A great way for the female members to train together.

Diogo's academy, DF Football, is running online match analysis sessions which take players in-depth to better understand how the professionals play and understand the game.
