Due to wet weather, we’ve moved tomorrow nights field session to Club Lime CISAC (Belconnen).

We’ll be taking part in a HIIT (high intensity interval training) session, put on for us in the downstairs studio.
The class starts at 6:30pm so be in the foyer ready to go by 6:15pm. You’ll need your joggers, water & a towel.

The session is compulsory for contracted players but everyone is welcome.
Mark (LLT Coach), has cancelled the girls session due to Oztag but any of the girls not involved, feel free to come along.
