Please can we remind all clubs and relevant team officials, parents and carers that football of all ages up to and including U11s is classed as non-competitive development football and therefore to publish results of these games or any grading tables of fixtures involving these age groups is NOT PERMITTED

This includes on social media in both open and closed groups.

In recent weeks we have seen an increase in the sharing of results and compiling of these results by use of social media and although we appreciate coaches, parents and carers want to talk about football across social media and promote the effort and development from these ages, we ask this is done without identifying results and/or tables.

Please remember football at these ages should be seen as progressive and child-friendly and we encourage you to promote a move away from the 'win-at-all-costs mentality' that has been recognised to stifle development and enjoyment in children and instead ensure an enjoyable and friendly environment for all children inclusively, regardless of the result of any game.
