Dear Parents,

This Thursday's practice is a crucial session for our players, and we need your help to ensure they arrive fully prepared and ready to make the most of it. We're excited to announce that this session will kick off our team's InstaRaise fundraiser, and your player's preparation is key to its success!

To facilitate a smooth and productive practice, and to get our fundraiser off to a strong start, please ensure your player completes the following two tasks before arriving on Thursday:

Download the App: Please have your player download the designated team app onto their smartphone. This app will be our primary tool for managing the crowdfunding campaign, allowing players to easily share our fundraiser with their network and track their progress. Having it ready beforehand will save valuable time and allow us to dive straight into the fundraising activities.

Prepare 25 Quality Contacts: Each player needs to have at least 25 "quality contacts" saved in their phone's contact application. A "quality contact" is defined as someone with whom they have a genuine connection and whose contact information includes either an email address, a cell phone number, or both. These contacts will be essential for reaching out to potential supporters for our fundraising initiative.

By completing these steps, your player will be ready to jump straight into the activities and contribute effectively from the start of our fundraiser. We understand that preparing contacts might take a little time, so we truly appreciate your proactive support in helping your player get this done.
