You may have received this in your government email. If you have already taken it, we appreciate the feedback. Your answers will help make this unit a better place to work. I also followed up with an email that addressed the fact that even though some of the questions may say 513 ACG, the survey as a whole is directed toward MXS. Some of the questions (I believe the last five) were what Col Mattey referenced in stand up and were mandated by the Secretary of Defense and the Chief of Staff of the Air Force. That information will be captured and reported at the highest levels of the Department of Defense.

Please take a few minutes to answer this survey honestly. We cannot begin to create change or fix things that we do not know are broken. You do not have to be on a government domain (.mil) to complete this survey, you can do it right from your phone. The suspense is 21 May, and I will reiterate, if we do not get enough participation, we will not even be given a report. Let us know what you need from us.

The voluntary DEOCS is a resource for you to provide confidential feedback on many of the factors that affect you and your workplace.
