Per AFRC/FMXO, “there are limitations set in AROWS-R that will lock your account after a certain number of days of inactivity (30 days), if an individual is locked out they should receive a message stating what they need to do to unlock their accounts. Most of the time they can unlock themselves by answering their security questions. Individuals who are locked out and cannot access the system should contact the help desk.”
