Team Tinker,
Tinker Air Force Base will OPEN at 5 a.m. on February 19, with TWO-HOUR DELAYED reporting and liberal leave authorized. Mission essential personnel will report on time. Vance Gate is closed due to water and electrical repairs. The Child Development Centers will open at 8 a.m.

While in the current base status, the Oklahoma City-Air Logistics Complex continues to evaluate weather impact to facilities. Personnel who work in shops that are not deemed ready for operations will be put on Weather and Safety leave. Personnel contacted by their leadership team to return to work because their shop has been deemed ready are required to report for work or request liberal leave. Those telework eligible will be expected to work from their telework location or request liberal leave. It is imperative facilities are prepped for the safe return of our workforce.

All other base personnel with telework capabilities will perform duties if capable. Otherwise they may request liberal leave. Weather and safety leave is only applicable for members whose facilities are not ready for operations.
