First of all thank you for another successful UTA. It was crazy and there was a lot going on, but you all handled it like champs. Your effort is always appreciated. With how crazy things were, I seriously doubt if the majority of you had time to complete the DEOCS, better known as the climate survey. It is a tool, that if used correctly, can help promote change in squadron and help the commander view some blind spots and try to correct them if they exist. I too, was unable to complete the survey this weekend, but I just finished it and it took all of five minutes. If you have the time this month, or even during next UTA, I would ask that you provide your candid, honest feedback on how you feel the organization is doing. You can do it from your phone, so a .mil domain is not necessary. I will attach the link and passcode so you can complete at your leisure. Please do not share this information with members outside the unit. See you next month!
