Notice is hereby given that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Sandy Bay Sailing Club will be held at the Derwent Sailing Squadron, 23 Marieville Esplanade, Sandy Bay on Saturday 17th May 2025 at 5:00 pm.
The business of the meeting shall include:
Should any member desire to have any matter included in the agenda of the Annual General Meeting, the member shall give written notice thereof to the Club Secretary not less than seven (7) days prior to the meeting.
Nomination of all Officer bearers of the Club (Commodore, Vice Commodore, Rear Commodore, Treasurer, Secretary and six (6) Committee Members shall be made on the appropriate form which shall be available from the SBSC Secretary as per contact details below. Such forms shall be lodged with the SBSC Secretary, by 5pm Saturday 10th May 2025.
According to the Club’s constitution to be eligible to vote and hold office you must be a financial member, qualified to vote and hold office.
NOTE: If the number of nominations received exceeds the number of vacancies to be filled, a ballot shall be held in accordance with the constitution.
