GREEN FLEET 9am-12pm! Returning Greens aka “Dark Greens”/Intermediates on the rise, remember to bring a BIG LUNCH and be prepared for a group briefing at 1pm for a group sail to the afternoon race course. Afternoon Racing is back for the February Pennant.
Coach Lizzi will spend the next few race days focusing on each fleet, this week it is the Optis to help prepare for Cadet states. Briefing for all Open and Intermediate Optis at 1245pm New Intermediates/“Dark Greens” may also attend, and have an additional breifing at 1pm
Next week, Cadets!

LAST WEEK –
30 sailors joined in for Green Fleet Picnic! Sailors cruised to the Salamanca Wharf before an upwind reach to the Casino for a picnic on the beach. A big WELCOME to the sailors from Esperance who joined in for the fun! And a big THANK YOU for the SBSC coaches and parents who helped herd the flock…

SBSC sailors also struck out for the Crown Series hosted by Bellerive Yacht Club. A special mention to Eirini and her first time crew Olivia for completing every race! Also notable was a fleet of 5 29ers without a single letter in the cumulative scores. Well done to Opti sailors Will and Annie for each cracking a top 3 race!

NO GREEN FLEET PROGRAMMING—- as all Greens are encouraged to participate in the Tasmanian State Champs (which is just another word for 2-days of sailing, instead of 1!)

All other classes: ARVO CLUB RACING First Start 1330hrs, for Trophy Racing. Coach Lizzi will run a briefing for Cadets at 1245pm.
