I need these things from all parents that are eligible to play in the state tournament.

1) copy of child's report card
2) Birthdate
3) mailing address

If anyone knows a company that would he willing to sponsor this tournament it will be $300. If not we will split it 7 ways and it be $43 each. Please get back to me and let me know you received this and you are working on getting me that info.
